About Me
Your Guide on the Journey Within
Hello, and thank you for visiting. I have a gentle, nonjudgmental approach to helping people find their authentic and best selves.

I'm Ronika Prakash, a compassionate Life Coach dedicated to helping people reconnect with themselves, grow, and move toward a more balanced and authentic life.
I describe my approach as “whole-istic” because I believe our well-being is connected through the body, mind, and spirit. When we are working through difficult chapters — old patterns, transitions, or relationships that no longer serve us — it can help to explore all three parts of ourselves that make us whole.
My coaching approach is compassionate, nonjudgmental, person-centered, and collaborative. I meet people where they are and create space for them to explore what they want, where they are going, and what may be holding them back. I work with you at your own pace, and I focus on what you want and need.
Throughout my professional and personal journey, I have had the opportunity to work with people of all ages and backgrounds. My own real-life experiences have shaped my ability to offer guidance, compassion, and steady support. I previously went by “The Coffee Cup Counselor. Ronika,” offering free guidance, emotional support, and community resources in local California coffee shops for people who simply wanted someone to talk to.
My goal is to create a supportive and welcoming space where people can reflect, gain clarity, recognize their strengths, and take meaningful steps toward the life they want to create.
If I believe someone would benefit from support outside the scope of my coaching services, I will encourage them to connect with an appropriate qualified professional or resource.

Outside of Coaching
In my spare time you'll find me dancing, reading, watching comedy, writing, learning, exercising, practicing yoga, cooking, baking, and spending time with family and friends. I have six children and young adults in my life — my nieces, nephews, and younger brother — who keep me busy and keep me smiling.
I was born in the Fiji Islands and have lived in the United States since I was three. I'm a California girl at heart.
